Our rules
- Free research stays prominent. Offers appear after your answer or inside a related guide, never in place of the data you came for.
- Every paid placement is labelled as such, and paid links carry
rel="sponsored". - We do not invent partners, commissions, coupon codes, prices or affiliate links. An offer is only enabled once the site owner supplies an approved destination, a disclosure and a checked date.
- We never present an advertisement as an official filing action or as something you are required to do.
- Where a government service can complete the same task directly, we name it alongside the offer.
- We do not carry gambling, trading or other offers unrelated to running a company.
- Provider logos are only used where we hold an appropriate asset or permission.
Categories we would consider
Company formation, registered office and service-address providers, bookkeeping services, and accounting software. These are the things people actually need after looking up a company record.
Future paid features
Basic official alerts about a company's filings are already free from Companies House. If we ever charge for monitoring, the value would have to be the workflow around it, such as team watchlists, consolidated change digests and portfolio exports. We will not advertise or take payment for a subscription before billing and monitoring genuinely work.
