1. Our page is wrong
If we have mislabelled a field, shown a stale check time, misdescribed a filing or written an inaccurate explanation, that is ours to fix. Send us:
- The page address, and the company number where relevant.
- The field or sentence you believe is wrong.
- What the official record says, ideally with the official link.
We will check the record, correct the page and note material changes. Our published contact route appears on the contact page as soon as the site owner supplies it.
2. The register is wrong
We reproduce what Companies House reports. We cannot change a company's registered name, address, status, officers, SIC codes or filing dates, and neither can any other independent site. Those changes must be made by the company at the official source:
- Find and update company information — view and update a company's record.
- Registered office address rules.
- Companies House on GOV.UK for filing corrections and enquiries.
Once the official record changes, our page updates on its next refresh, and the check time on the page tells you when that happened.
Removal requests
We publish registered company facts, not personal profiles, and we do not run person-search pages. If you believe a page on this site publishes personal data inappropriately, tell us what and where, and we will review it. Public availability of a record does not remove obligations concerning personal data and reuse, and we take that seriously.
